I am 157cm tall and weigh 47kg, and it did not drag on the floor when worn with flat shoes.
If you are shorter than me, you can adjust the hem length by wearing a petticoat underneath (available on Rakuten for around 2,000 yen).
The material has a jacquard-like texture and is resistant to wrinkles.
It can be worn without ironing.
