Matsuya Urushi Kōbō White Wood Coating Tamwood Inner Vermilion 6-inch 3-Tier Bento Box (Sold at Hokuo, Kurashi no Dōgu Ten)

Thank you for looking.
This is the Shoyuki Nuri Tamu-sei 6-sun Sandanju (with red interior) from Matsuya Urushi Kōbō, a long-selling item at Hokuō, Kurashi no Dōgu Ten (Nordic Lifestyle Goods Store).

I purchased it because I was drawn to its modern appearance, which blends traditional Echizen lacquerware with contemporary dining tables.

I have used it once or twice for events like cherry blossom viewing and sports days. Since then, it has been carefully stored at home.

The exterior features the beautiful natural grain of tamo wood, while the interior is a striking vermilion lacquer, making dishes look fresh and delicious.

The chigiri (joinery) at the corners is also very meticulously crafted.
This jubako is perfect for year-round use, not just for New Year's Osechi, but also for picnics, sports days, and home parties.

It is also famous for being the model used in the movie Megane (Glasses).
