This is a leather ring-bound planner/notebook.
It was a gift, but I'm selling it because I don't plan to use it. I took it out of the bag once for the photos for this listing, but it is brand new and unused. The box shown in the second photo is not included. I plan to ship it in a cardboard box, wrapped with bubble wrap or similar material over the included plastic.

Refills: Only the notebook is included.
You can use it as is as a notebook. If you intend to use it as a planner, please add your own refills. Please check the photos for refill size and other details.
