I purchased this dress and am the second owner.
After purchasing, I had it cleaned and pressed, and wore it once.
I wore it for about an hour at an indoor wedding reception in September 2025. I have not had it cleaned since then, and it has been stored at home. Neither the first owner nor I had it vacuum-packed (apparently, the fluffiness of the petals is harder to restore after vacuum packing).
Both the first owner and I wore it carefully, but there is a sense of wear, so please understand this before purchasing. Due to the high price of the item, no claims or returns are accepted.

The following is information from the first owner's purchase:
Purchased at Vera Wang Ginza in the summer of 2023.
Used once for a wedding reception change of outfit in the spring of 2024.

Worn for approximately 2 hours, indoors only, as there were no pre-wedding photoshoots.
Worn without a petticoat.

Alterations, cleaning, and pressing were all done at Ginza Vera Wang.
All photos are of the dress after pressing.

I am 158 cm tall, and the original size is US4.
I wore 12 cm heels on the day.
The bodice has been taken in to make the line look beautiful.
The hem has not been cut. Alterations have been made.
It is likely around a US2 now.

All possible alterations were done to prevent the dress from slipping down.

After I wore it, there was no major damage, but it was reported that there was a slight snag in the tulle of the hem.
This could not be repaired and was cleaned as is.
Since it is on the hem, it is almost unnoticeable when worn.

There are no other noticeable damages, but due to the nature of the Hayley, there are some areas where fraying may occur, such as the raw-edged bustier, petals, and the organza of the bodice.
