This is a set of 30mm and 24mm hole punches.

These items have been stored in a warehouse for a long time.
Purchase date and frequency of use are unknown.

They cleanly punched through thin synthetic leather that I had on hand.

The 24mm punch had noticeable rust, so I polished it with lubricating oil and a wire brush.
