Description
Ajikiri knife, blade length 12.1cm, 70g. The spine is approximately 1.9mm thick near the center. Unfortunately, there is no maker's mark. Only Ao (Blue) is engraved. It is a laminated knife, and the steel sandwiched is definitely Yasuki steel Aogami (Blue Paper Steel). About 30% of the shine remains on the plastic handle. It seems usable for a while longer. It has been thoroughly sharpened, honed, and polished.
