This is a wire wreath frame for making wreaths with succulents and other plants purchased in the Netherlands, along with sphagnum moss.
It is solidly made and has a clasp closure (4th photo), making it easy to open and close, which is convenient for crafting. It is also recommended for making wreaths with orchids and sphagnum moss.
It is brand new and has never been used, but there are some areas with a rough finish from the original manufacturing and some slight rust from being stored at home. Please see photos 4 and 5.
