This is Fuji Tape, a flat tape commonly used as a bundling cord. Made of polypropylene, it is strong and has a slightly glossy finish.
The surface is embossed with a mesh-like pattern, creating a textured, uneven surface.
Fuji Tape Silk with embossing is less slippery and easier to wrap securely.
