The standard product of Sakamoto Kurozu, fermented and aged for over a year.
This pure rice black vinegar is made using traditional methods that have continued since the late Edo period. Rice koji, steamed rice, and groundwater are placed in ceramic pots and fermented and aged for over a year.
It is characterized by its rich flavor and aroma that can only be achieved with pot-brewed black vinegar.
If using for cooking, use as is. If drinking,
take 20-30ml per day, diluted about 5 times with water.
