Kitsuke-type Petty Knife, 4 inches (12cm), Stainless Steel, Sharpened, Brand New, Unused, Left-Handed Compatible

This is a Kiritsuke-style petty knife made of stainless cutlery steel.

While listed as 4 inches in the title, the actual blade length is approximately 117mm.
This is indicated as 4 inches due to sizing conventions, as it is the closest standard size. We appreciate your understanding.

Its easy-to-handle size makes it a versatile knife suitable for a wide range of tasks, including peeling, intricate work, and light food preparation.

The tip is processed in a Kiritsuke style, resulting in a sharper point than a standard petty knife, making it ideal for detailed work and decorative cuts. Its unique shape, uncommon for a petty knife, adds a distinctive aesthetic.

It features a double-bevel design, making it suitable for both right-handed and left-handed users.

Made from stainless cutlery steel, it is rust-resistant and easy to use for everyday purposes.

The surface has been buffed to a glossy finish, giving it a luxurious appearance.
