CONVENTO LOUNGE

Used for approximately 2 years

Convent Lounge
The Convent by Andreu Carulla, a designer based in Spain. This is the lounge type, suitable for relaxing spaces such as living rooms. Designed to fuse the essence of the sense of simplicity, solemnity, or purity that medieval Romanesque churches give to those within them, with IDEE's values and Japanese culture.

The latticed mesh on the back and seat is adopted as an iconic element reminiscent of the Middle Ages. The openwork design makes the chair lightweight and easy to blend into any space. Unlike typical chairs, the parts supporting the backrest are directly connected to the rear legs and are intricately crafted internally to enhance strength.

There was one spot on the rattan seat where the fibers were slightly frayed (indicated by the pen tip in the image, on the left side of the seat when facing it).
It catches slightly when touched by hand.
While it should not affect normal use and is a characteristic of natural materials,
those who are sensitive to such details should refrain from purchasing.
