Aogami Steel Kiritsuke Gyuto Knife with Walnut Octagonal Handle - Tsubaya Kappabashi Japanese Kitchen Knife

【Rare & Hard to Find】Aoiichi Steel Kasumi Finish Kiritsuke Gyuto 21cm Walnut Octagonal Handle Purchased at Kappabashi, Excellent Condition, Includes Box & Cover

Purchased new approximately 2 months ago from a long-established knife shop in Kappabashi.

This model is currently out of stock both in-store and online, and we were told that the next production run will be next year or later, making it difficult to obtain at this time.

This Kiritsuke Gyuto features the sharp cutting edge unique to Aoiichi Steel and a beautiful Kasumi finish blade. The high-quality feel of the walnut octagonal handle, along with the excellent balance and maneuverability characteristic of Japanese knives, are also appealing.

I purchased this knife with the aspiration of owning a steel knife, but as I do not plan to use it in the future, I am listing it for sale. I hope to pass it on to someone who will cherish it.
