Those who work in the culinary field may recognize this brand of knife.

I bought this because I love cooking, but I primarily used it for filleting fish.
Even so, I've only used it about 5 times (lol).
It has been stored properly, so the blade is in excellent condition. I love cooking and have knowledge of these things, so I believe I know how to properly store knives, so it should be fine.

There may be some minor dirt, but this is unavoidable as the cover is made of genuine wood. Also, because it's wood, it can be a bit tight and difficult to remove the knife from the cover.

So, when removing the knife from the cover, please be careful not to cut yourself by applying too much force.
I think it's safer to gently wiggle it up and down as you pull it out. If you have another cover, that would be fine too... well, for chefs, they often just place it on a cloth without a cover, so if you don't need one, there's no problem.

The reason for selling is... with the recent rise in fish prices, I no longer buy whole fish as often. Also, the person I received this from was a fisherman, so I only used it with fresh fish I received... now I don't use it at all.

I will pass it on to someone who truly wants to use it.
The knife has been very well maintained, so it's not an exaggeration to say it's close to new.
