This slicer boasts exceptional sharpness, packed with the know-how of knife making from Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, a renowned cutlery production area.
It makes it easy to create uniformly thin shredded cabbage, which is difficult with a regular knife, allowing you to easily make fluffy shredded cabbage just like you'd get at a restaurant.
Additionally, the newly developed flexible holder conforms to the size and shape of the food, allowing you to safely slice food down to the very end. It is loved and used by tonkatsu restaurants nationwide.
