Pick-up is generally at our location in Kurate Town, Fukuoka Prefecture.
They cannot be loaded onto passenger cars.
Please pick up with a truck.
They can be loaded onto a kei truck, but only up to 7 items.

If we are available, we can accommodate pick-ups on weekend mornings and holidays, and deliveries during the day.

Paid delivery using our own truck is also available.
When inquiring about shipping costs, please include your city and town name.
Note that the same shipping fee applies for weights up to 2 tons.
Railway sleepers are large and heavy items.
They cannot be delivered by standard courier or shipping companies.

Delivery by our own truck is available within Kyushu, Shikoku, and Chugoku regions.
For distant locations, shipping costs will be considerably high, making sales by delivery less likely.
Pick-up is highly recommended.

We will assist with unloading when delivering by our own truck, within approximately 5 meters of the truck.
We request that you provide 1-2 people for assistance.
For 40 items, unloading from a 2-ton flatbed truck with 2 people can be completed in about 40 minutes.

Please note that due to the use of preservatives, these items cannot be used in agricultural fields.
