[Twist Processing]
When processing with a burner, to prevent the material from hardening due to quenching,
we carefully process it by heating locally while controlling the temperature,
and then heat-treat it with tempering.
[Polishing Process] Using 4 types of abrasives,
we gradually increase the grit and perform final polishing with liquid abrasives.
[Notes]
After the final polishing,
a thin layer of rust inhibitor is applied to make it resistant to rust.
Abrasives are included for maintenance.
