【French Vintage】Bamboo Low Table - Purchased from BOB'S BOX (1950s-1960s)

This is a vintage bamboo low table, purchased in France.
I bought it a few years ago at the vintage shop BOB'S BOX in Harajuku for approximately 75,000 yen.

The geometric design of the top, with its meticulously arranged bamboo, is superb, and it's a piece that showcases the artisan's craftsmanship. It blends beautifully with French mid-century and modern vintage styles.

■ Design and Practicality
? Convenient Storage Space: There is a shelf at the bottom, providing storage for magazines, remote controls, blankets, and more.
? Smart Concealment Structure: The structure widens towards the top, making items placed underneath easily hidden by the shadow of the tabletop. This is a major feature of this table, allowing for neat storage without revealing a lived-in look.

It's great for smartly storing children's toys, and I really love this aspect.

■ Condition (Please be sure to check)

As this is a vintage item, there are signs of age.
Please check the images for details before purchasing.
? The rattan (bamboo) parts wrapping the four corners and the joints of the legs have peeling and cracking. Please refer to the images.
? Some areas are currently prone to peeling, and further peeling may occur due to dryness or other factors in the future.
? Small nails used for fixing are exposed in some areas where the material has peeled off.
? Please consider using it as is for its vintage charm, or with the understanding that it may require maintenance with adhesive or repair.
