Junk! KE21D 3-outlet Kotatsu Power Cord

The power no longer turns on.
The red indicator light on the switch does not turn on. The switch makes a clicking sound, but sometimes it doesn't.
Also, there are 3 scuffs on the fabric part of the cord (photos included).

Would this be useful for someone who can repair it, or needs parts?
