This brush features nylon bristles that are gentle on fabrics like goat hair and are less prone to shedding. It is slightly firmer than our super soft option.
The fine-tipped bristles are designed to minimize damage to dough when applying egg wash or other toppings.
The black bristles make it easy to spot any stray hairs on lighter-colored dough.
The handle and the area where the bristles are bound are made of plastic containing antibacterial agents. The bound area is seamless, preventing the accumulation of debris and ensuring hygiene!
Before use, gently brush the bristles with your hand to remove any loose hairs. After use, wash thoroughly and store in a shaded area to dry. Do not disinfect with sodium hypochlorite (chlorine-based) or by boiling.
