Description

There are signs of use, but I believe it is in good condition.
I think it feels good to shave bonito flakes as needed without worrying about oxidation.
I will also include some partially used bonito flakes.
This is a back fillet purchased from a local specialty store.
It has been wrapped multiple times and stored in the refrigerator while in use.

If you want to extend or retract the blade further, you can adjust it by tapping the top or bottom of the base as shown in the last photo.
