This meat tenderizer, made in Japan, features 20 blades finished one by one by skilled artisans.
The U-shaped blades, shaped like round chisels, efficiently cut through tough connective tissues without missing any. The blades are arranged to cut in an X-shape, allowing you to easily cut through connective tissues by simply shifting sideways and pushing.
Additionally, guide pins slightly longer than the blades are installed at both ends. This prevents the blade tips from directly contacting the cutting board, protecting the blades and minimizing damage to the cutting board.
It's easy to disassemble for cleaning, and the blades separate into two parts, making it easy to wash the blade tips with a sponge.
Includes an easy-to-understand instruction manual that also serves as a recipe book, so you can use it for various meat dishes such as steak, ginger pork, tonkatsu, and karaage.
