Everything shown in the photos is included.
The plastic ruler is not included.
The anvil is made from scrap material, so it has scratches, dirt, burrs, and sharp edges. Please be aware of this.

Some of the files have rust-preventative oil applied.
The metal shears are in good working condition, but the leather stopper is worn out.
