We recommend placing a bowl nearby to collect food scraps while cooking. This makes it easy to stay organized and clean up quickly.
The thickness at the bottom of the opening is only 1mm, so the cutting board will not wobble.
The mixing bowls are stackable, so they don't take up much space when stored.
Once you've put your ingredients in the bowl, simply slide the cutting board out from under it and transfer the ingredients to your pan, top your salad, or take them wherever you need them.
