The hood has an R-shaped surface, allowing wind blowing from below to pass straight through upwards.
Even if rainwater enters the louvers, a water stop back plate prevents it from reaching the back of the pipe.
The hood has a water shield inside, so rainwater falls from both sides, avoiding the louvers.
It can be securely fixed to the exterior wall with two knock-out holes and two stainless steel screws.
The slim design is suitable for locations with narrow property boundaries.
