Underfloor inspection hatch, insulated specification, aluminum, silver, 450x450. Joist surround. Insulation material is not included. Flooring thickness must be 18mm. If using 12mm flooring, a 6mm adjustment plywood is required. Please prepare this along with wood glue. 9mm plywood is included. We will send a photo of the inspection before shipping. We have 10 in stock. Previously, shipping cost was 1200 yen per item.
