　Ideal for straining tasks in confectionery making, such as preparing purees from strawberries and other fruits, or for making jams, mousses, and preparing cake ingredients.

　The deep bowl is suitable for whisking eggs.

?Draining (with strainer set and using the spout)
　Can be used for draining liquids from yogurt, fruits, etc.

?Draining (with strainer set and shaking by hand)
　Also shown is a method where you place ingredients in the bowl, gently shake it to drain excess moisture.

This practical set is primarily designed for confectionery making but can also be used for preparing ingredients for cooking, such as pre-processing vegetables or making dressed dishes.

The box and the photos on the box have stains and fading due to age.
The outer box is damaged, so the item will be shipped with the main unit carefully packed and without the box.

The main unit also has some minor stains.
