Standard specifications include white frames, white panels, 2 windows, and 1 door.
The walls contain 50mm insulation.
The flooring is fiber cement.
This is a highly customizable prefabricated house with movable window and door positions.

The product is unused, but there may be scratches, dents, or dirt on the frame and panels due to transportation. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about scratches. An invoice number is not available. The price reflects this.

The materials can be loaded onto a 2-ton flatbed truck or a 2-ton dump truck for transport.
We can load the materials using a forklift if you pick them up.
The longest steel frame piece is approximately 5.7m.
It cannot be loaded onto a single Kei truck.

We recommend inspecting the product in person to avoid any complaints such as It's different from what I expected or I thought it would be flawless. We operate on a no-claims, no-returns basis.

Assembly service costs an additional ￥95,000 - ￥100,000.
Assembly guidance costs ￥30,000 - ￥35,000 plus transportation fees.
