● This is a top-quality product highly recommended by Kawaguchi Shokai for raising larvae, egg-laying, and stocking.
This product contains 3 bags, each approximately 9L.

● The finest quality substrate from Nose's long-established dealer, Kawaguchi Shokai!

● We have recreated the legendary APO Substrate from Kawaguchi Shokai, fermenting it to a deep black and transforming it into an ultra-fine particle substrate.

● This is a great value product containing 3 bags, each approximately 9L, packed in a cardboard box.

● We manually remove the core from Sawtooth Oak and Nara wood logs and process it into a fine particle substrate (sifted through a 2.4mm sieve).
Additionally, we add supplements to ensure long-term preservation.
Please note that due to the nature of the raw wood material, variations in wood quality and season may result in differences from the photos. However, due to the traditional, labor-intensive process, mass production is not possible.
This substrate has achieved excellent results in egg-laying and raising for most stag beetles.
We have used it for breeding and egg-laying of species such as Giant Stag Beetle, Yaeyama Stag Beetle, Kuroshima Stag Beetle, Sujibuto Stag Beetle, Sabii Stag Beetle, Sumatran Stag Beetle, Seka Futamata, and Rainbow Stag Beetle, and have experienced surprisingly high egg production, with eggs laid at the bottom of the breeding case. We are now offering this product not only for our own enjoyment but also to those stag beetle enthusiasts and breeders who are struggling with no eggs or poor yields. Why not experience the joy of abundant egg production for yourself?
*This substrate is also suitable for raising larvae, providing a very stable environment. Using this substrate for wood breeding significantly reduces the chance of mortality and leads to stable sizes and results.

*Currently, we are experiencing a shortage of dedicated bags for our Special Selected Stag Beetle Substrate.
The product will be shipped in plain bags, but the contents are the same Special Selected Stag Beetle Substrate as always.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.
