One of the three boxes has been opened as 2 or 3 starters were used from it.

This is the FG-1E.
It is used to start fluorescent lamps (for 10-30W types).

It uses the glow starter method, and the lamp automatically ignites due to the action of bimetal.

It is recommended to replace the glow starter when replacing the lamp.

TOSHIBA
● Always turn off the power when replacing the glow starter. Failure to do so may cause electric shock.
● Do not drop or strike the glow starter. Also, do not break it after use; dispose of it properly.
● Use a glow starter that is compatible with the fluorescent lamp and socket.
● Ensure the glow starter is securely installed in the socket.
● As the glow starter ages, the fluorescent lamp may take longer to start. Replace it with a new Toshiba glow starter promptly.
