Made from naturally dried cedar wood. For recent heat countermeasures, the bottom board can be swapped between a standard type and a 6mm mesh wire screen. By removing the bottom board, internal inspections can be easily performed using a smartphone, mirror, or other tools. The top is constructed with a plywood board featuring slits, allowing for the prevention of wax moths, Acarapis woodi (tracheal mites), and the placement of a winter food box. Four metal rods are included for comb support. Usage instructions are detailed in the accompanying letter, which also includes tips for attracting bees.
