*Product Shipping Method*
Shipping will be via RakuRaku Mercari便 (easy Mercari shipping).
Obvious damage during shipping can be handled by Mercari customer service through the Mercari shipping insurance. However, minor scratches or chips
may not be covered by insurance. Therefore, we have included one extra case from the beginning as a replacement.
If the product arrives without any issues, you can use the replacement case as is.
If there is significant damage, it is likely due to damage during shipping.
If there is damage to more than one replacement case, please contact us before leaving a review.
(We will take photos before shipping to prove any damage that may have occurred during transit.)
