Soba and noodle cutting knife.
It has been used for a while. Please check the photos for signs of use.
It was sent to a specialized soba tool store for sharpening and has not been used since, so I believe the sharpness is excellent.

When shipping, I will pack newspaper or similar material around the knife to minimize movement.
