A pendant light crafted by machining cast brass.
It features a sense of weight and thickness unique to cast metal. The design, stripped down to its essence to highlight the natural texture of brass, is a product that can be called the origin of NEW LIGHT POTTERY. The flat shade suppresses light from escaping upwards. The shade has a diameter of 190mm.
The unique, uneven black color of [black] is achieved through a traditional technique from Takaoka, Toyama, where the material is repeatedly fired and colored using *ohaguro* liquid, made from ingredients such as sake, vinegar, and iron rust.
