Dry Wave SF Model - Excellent Condition

As the title states.

This is the base for a retractable clothesline that can be installed on balcony walls, etc.

It was installed in our new home, but we removed it immediately as it was not needed.
Accessories and screws are included, but there is no instruction manual.
We believe that those with knowledge can install it themselves.
It will be shipped in simple packaging.

Thank you.
