Leitmotiv Home Sign Lamp
99.00 $
Description
A playful wall lamp released in 2000 by the Dutch lighting company Leitmotiv.
With its stainless steel outer frame sandwiching green glass that reads home, it evokes the EXIT signs seen all over the city. However, when lit with the warm orange glow of an incandescent bulb, it presents a mysteriously comforting design.
The designer is J.P. Meulendijks, an independent designer from the Netherlands.
His creations are furniture, sculptures, and art...
He blurs the lines between these categories with his unique perspective, bringing one-of-a-kind designs into the world.
Since 2017, he has been continuing his creative activities by establishing JAN PAUL studio.
This lighting fixture can be used as a focal point in your home. While designed for wall mounting, it may also be placed on a surface with some ingenuity.
The cord is of foreign origin, but a plug adapter will be included.
