This is an integrated slip with a built-in bra, designed by a kimono seamstress who loves kimonos. The sleeves help prevent sweat from the underarms from transferring to your kimono.
The crescent-shaped pads can also be inserted or removed.

I wore this over a tank top in the summer and over Heattech in the winter.
It has been used 3 times and washed each time.

It's very functional and great, but the length wasn't quite right, so I had to wear a susoteko underneath... so I'm selling it while it's still in great condition!
