8.9×8.9×2.1(cm) Natural Amakusa Stone Approx. 0.4kg

This is a natural Amakusa stone, a type of clay mineral, with beautiful wood-grain-like patterns that resemble wood.

Many customers have purchased it as a whetstone and have given positive feedback.
While I cannot guarantee its suitability in terms of dimensions and condition for use as a whetstone, I am also listing it as an Amakusa whetstone.

I am a novice who doesn't even know how to sharpen knives, but I tried sharpening a knife on a different shaped Amakusa stone from my inventory. After wetting the surface with water, I felt it was hard due to the large amount of brown areas. However, as I used it more, it seemed to become more familiar, and the sharpness improved significantly and seemed to last longer.

It also stands out as a kitchen interior piece.

I would highly recommend it to those who have never sharpened a knife on an Amakusa stone.
While I believe there are no issues due to its nature, I cannot offer any guarantees after use.
