This is a popular介護用トイレ (kaigo-yo toire - toilet for nursing care) designed for ease of use, cleaning, and stain resistance!
The condition is very good as it was only set up with a plastic cover, but please understand that it is a used item and may have minor scuffs, dirt, or other damage.
Some people ask detailed questions about stains based on the photos, but we generally list any noticeable issues. Also, even if an item is listed as new and unused, it has passed through human hands, so please purchase with that understanding.
Shipping will involve disassembling some parts for smaller packaging (easy assembly).
Regarding shipping, due to frequent damage during transit, we will use robust packaging. Thank you for your understanding.
