Warm Water Bidet CR-RW20

Purchased several years ago. The toilet seat damper broke and it no longer closes slowly. I tried to fix it, but it can only be repaired by the manufacturer, and the cost would be between 16,000 and 40,000 yen, so I gave up. All other functions are normal. Would you like to repair it for use, or use it for parts? No claims, no returns. The price has been lowered for this reason.
