Construction Plumb Bob with Brass, Thread, and Holder - For Estate Liquidation

Thank you for looking.

These items are being listed as part of the estate clearance of my brother, who was involved in the real estate and construction industry.

These are professional tools that he used widely, from design to construction sites.
This is a sagefuri (plumb bob), used to check verticality (plumb) in construction, surveying, carpentry, DIY, and more. We recommend this for anyone looking for professional surveying or construction tools.

[Condition]
As it was used on-site, there are signs of use, rust, scratches, and dirt due to age overall. (Please check the photos for detailed condition.) The weight functions perfectly, and it is still ready for use.

[Accessories]
- Plumb bob body (weight)
- String
- String winder/holder
*Everything shown in the photos is included.

[Other]
This item was carefully used on-site for many years.
We hope to pass it on to someone who understands used and vintage tools, or someone who can utilize it for DIY or construction-related work.
