Measurement Procedure: Easy to operate

① Turn on the power
② Add pure water to fill more than half the depth of the sampling tank. Close the lid.
③ Press Zero twice
④ It will flash
⑤ Press Zero
⑥ 0.0% Brix, calibration successful

How to Use:

1. Clean
2. Add liquid sample. Fill more than half the depth of the sampling tank.
3. Close the lid
4. Press Start

Errors:

ERR1: Requires recalibration
ERR2: Outside measurement range
ERR3: Insufficient sample amount
ERR4: Incorrect sample. Please clean the sampling tank and retest.

Please Note:

1. This refractometer cannot measure concentrated pure honey. It can only measure diluted honey water or other sugar-containing liquids with a sugar content of 0-55%.
2. It cannot measure beyond this sugar content range or measure highly viscous liquids!
3. It cannot measure liquids containing alcohol!

Attention!!!

1. Before use, ensure the Brix value of water is 0.0% (Accuracy ±0.2%). If not, zero clearing or calibration is required.
2. Sample Amount: More than 1/2 the depth of the sampling tank.
3. Clean the measurement tank before measurement and calibration.
