LEADER Waveform Monitor 5860V

This is a Leader Electronics NTSC Waveform Monitor 5860V.
It is quite an old model, but it still seems usable, so I am listing it for sale.
With the recent Showa retro boom, there are more SD image devices appearing, so I believe it can be useful for maintenance and other purposes.
Unlike an oscilloscope, it is specialized for VIDEO signals, so both horizontal and vertical signals stop precisely, making it very easy to use.
I have performed a general operation check, but please understand that not all functions have been confirmed.
Additionally, there may be contact failures with the switches, knobs, and rear connectors. The main unit case is also significantly deteriorated, with much of the vinyl on the surface peeling and lifting (see photos).
There is also rust on the screws.
