Tokoname ware ceramic
Pickle jar weight
Weight: 2.2kg
Size:
Diameter: 21cm
Height: 4cm
I used to make umeboshi with this weight, but I've been using others for the past few years and have kept this one in storage.
When making umeboshi, different sized weights are placed on top depending on the amount of plums, so the surface inevitably gets scratched from friction.
It has been disinfected, so please rest assured.
Currently, Tokoname ware weights are not sold anywhere.
The pickling season is approaching, so how about this?
This is a home storage item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection.
Please purchase with understanding and agreement.
No claims, please.
I also have a smaller 1kg weight (item #1).
