When I bought the dress, it came with a corsage for the chest and a ribbon for the back waist. I disposed of the dress and kept only the corsage and ribbon, which I then stored away.
These are over 20 years old, and the pin is old. It is usable, but you may want to replace it. Please refer to the 6th photo.

The material is likely polyester. It has a glossy silver finish, and the corsage has sparkling beads inside (see 5th photo).
