Vintage Antique Knife Rest Cutlery Rest Chopstick Rest Vintage ??

A rare cutlery rest from AMAI, a long-established jewelry and precious metals store with over 230 years of history.
There is a very small maker's mark.
The material is likely stainless steel, but details are unknown.
Uncommon for this type, it is about the size of an chopstick rest and can be used daily.
The damaged outer box can be included upon request.
While there are faint scratches from age if you look closely, it is a very charming and rare item in overall good condition.

Size: 5cm x 2cm, height approx. 2cm
