Outdoor Faucet Cover, Anti-Theft/Vandalism Water Spigot Lock, New

Selling because it was not used. There are no instructions, and only the two items shown in the photos are included. To lock, simply snap it into place. To unlock, press the number on the key and slide the button below the lock sideways. It's a simple design. The original price on Rakuten was 3640 yen. There are fine scratches that look like they were polished, but they were there from the beginning. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. The price is low because it is unused. Please do not ask for a price reduction. Will be shipped via Takkyubin Compact. Thank you.
