I used this by putting Costco paper towels in it and attaching it to the refrigerator.
The rubber that holds the kitchen paper is peeling off, but I believe it can be fixed with strong tape (even without the rubber, Costco paper towels could be torn cleanly with one hand without rattling).

This is a tower kitchen paper holder that allows for easy one-handed cutting. The silicone stopper securely holds the kitchen paper, and you can cut it easily by pulling it forward and down.
