This is a patchwork design coaster called Tsugi-hagi (Patchwork) made from vintage denim over 40 years old. ^_^

In the midst of busy days and hectic times,
when you place your favorite cup on the table,
a cute coaster can bring a sense of warmth and relaxation,
helping you to set your own pace.

The outer fabric is a patchwork of denim.
Finished with a cozy impression using machine and hand sewing. ?
A very thin interlining is used inside to make it quick-drying.
The lining is a lovely cotton linen in a muted blue with a botanical pattern.
The interlining and lining were purchased this month.
It is reversible! ?

As you use it, you can add different fabrics,
sew over it with large stitches, or hem it. ?
You can also add colorful sashiko stitching! ?
Or add buttons and patches! ?
I would be happy if you could grow it in this way. ?

[Size] Approximately 9.5-10 cm square

Near unused is selected because it uses old fabric.

For finishing, 100% natural cypress extract (hinokitiol) is used for disinfection and insect repellent, and the product has been washed. ?

As fabric is limited, this is a limited quantity production.
We will be releasing original works, one of a kind, made with vintage fabric. ?

Washing: Hand wash, lightly spin dry, then reshape and hang to dry. ?
