Purchased new and assembled only once.
We gave up on getting a dog after discovering our child's dog allergy before welcoming one.
We will also be listing other items we purchased, so please take a look.
Thank you.

Addendum: Instruction manual photos have been uploaded. The dowels are already glued as it was assembled once. The assembly was done securely. There were no large scratches like those mentioned in Amazon reviews for defective items.
