Traditional thimbles stretch or loosen as fingers shrink with use, requiring re-stitching.
This product is intentionally made shorter (approx. 2-3mm) and uses a thin elastic cord instead of thread for tying, so it won't loosen during use.
No more struggling to make stiff thimbles!

The needle tip area is double-layered and the overall size is increased to prevent injury if the needle pierces through.

Made of soft leather, it can be cut with kitchen scissors. Cut it 2-3mm shorter than your finger circumference, wrap the included elastic cord around 3 times, and tuck the knot inside to prevent the thread from snagging during work.

Lightly singe the ends of the elastic cord with a lighter or similar tool to make them easier to thread through the hole.

*Color transfer to sewn items is not an issue, but please do not use when wet.*

Each item is cut individually, so please allow for slight size variations of around 1mm.

Set includes S and M sizes.

Comes with 50cm of thin elastic cord.
